Board Chair.

Mr Radtke is the Managing Editor of the Lake Mills Leader and has 17 years of experience in state government as a State Representative, agency head and constitutional officer. In addition to holding the position of CCLS Board Chair, he currently serves on the Finance Committee and Nomination Committee.

Dave Morstad

Dave Morstad

Board Vice Chair.

Mr. Morstad has spent a career in disability support services in positions that included Corporate Director of Training, Vice President of Communications, and Executive Director and Senior Fellow of the Bethesda Institute. In addition to holding the position of Board Vice Chair, he is currently the Chair of Business Development and Innovation Committee and serves on the Personnel Committee.

David Globig

Board Treasurer.

Mr. Globig is a partner in Wipfli LLP’s nonprofit and governmental practice. He chairs the CCLS Finance Committee and serves on the Business and Innovation Committee of the CCLS Board of Directors.

Karen Foelker

Karen Foelker

Board Secretary.

Ms Foelker is a licensed Clinical Social Worker for the State of Wisconsin and the Director of Admissions with St. Coletta of Wisconsin. She currently chairs the CCLS Awards committee and serves on the Finance Committee.

Ellen Haines

Ellen Haines

Board Director.

Ms Haines is the owner of E. Haines Associates, LLS, consulting to long term care facilities, legal nurse consulting, and in partnership with Med Quest provides medication administration training for CNAs. She currently serves on the Personnel, Nomination and Award committees of the CCLS Board of Directors. Ellen is a part time instructor in the School of Health at Madison College and she does Community Outreach for Rainbow Hospice

Ms. LeDuc is CEO/President of by Opportunities, Inc., a community based rehabilitation organization. She currently serves on the Personnel, Nominations and Awards Committee

Sheri Berg

Sheri Berg

Board Director.

Sheri Berg has worked in the intellectual and developmental disabilities field for over 35 years. Sheri’s experience includes serving in various management positions in operations, human resources, quality, and education/training. Sheri has a passion for quality and person -centered services. She is a graduate of UW-Madison.

Jim Zache

Jim Zache

Chief Executive Officer of CCLS and CLE.

After spending 30 years on the Board of Directors Jim became the leader in early 2017. Most recently Jim’s background includes 15 years of progressively more responsible leadership positions at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare in Milwaukee. Jim managed their Physicians Recruiting efforts and their northern Milwaukee Medical Group physician offices. Prior to that Jim led a team of healthcare consultants that served customers in CBRF’s, A.L., CCRC’s, SNF’s and hospitals around the country. Jim also participates in the Disability Services Provider Network Quality Conference.

Chief Financial Officer of CCLS and CLE.

Most recently Dwan’s background includes 10 years of progressively more responsible leadership positions at University of Wisconsin System in Madison. Dwan managed financial reporting and financial operations for all UW campuses across the state. Prior to that Dwan served in leadership positions as the Vice President of Finance and Administration for Silver Lake College – Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity, and District Budget Manager for Madison College.

Sherry Marshall

Vice President of Human Resources of CCLS and CLE.

Sherry has been with CCLS for 30 years and in her current position for 28 years. She has considerable background and history of the organization and has dedicated her career to this field. Sherry has served on various leadership committees and has been a long standing member of The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Susan Peek

Susan Peek

Regional Director of Operations for CCLS’ northern territory.

Susan oversees services in LaCrosse, Black River Falls, Wisconsin Rapids, Plover and Marshfield. Susan has many years of experience within CCLS and serves on the DSPN Residential Focus Group.

Rick Czerwan

Regional Director of Operations for CCLS’ southern territory.

Ricks particular area of responsibility covers Milwaukee, Waukesha, Janesville, Madison and Beaver Dam.

Tenisha Love

Tenisha Love

Facility Director for CLE.

Tenisha is the Facility Director and Administrator of Creative Living Environments. She has 15 years of experience in the IDD and Elder Care fields and has been with CCLS since 2010.

Kathryn Bergen

Executive Assistant to CEO.

Kathryn supports the CEO while also serving the organization through a wide variety of other critical functions.
